CCB38 Fundraiser Closes - Thank You!

We are so grateful for all the support we received with the CCB38 Campaign. To everyone who contributed, watched our video, or shared it with others, thank you so much.

Thank you for supporting us and thank you for being a part of bringing a Peer Recovery and Resource Center to Cape Ann. Your support truly does make a difference.

Cummings Foundation Awards Lease Referral Grant

As noted below in our previous grant award, Cummings Foundation awards $30 million per year to local non-profits. What most people don't know is that Cummings Foundation's philanthropic efforts are fueled 100% from the profits its generates from all of the Cummings commercial properties that it holds.

If an existing grantee refers a future tenant to Cummings and they sign a lease, Cummings awards the grantee additional funding!  Thank you Cornerstone Construction Services (http://cornerstone-serv.com/) for helping us access this awesome funding source and further support our cause.

If you are looking for commercial lease space, please consider a Cummings property.  Cummings has an incredible portfolio of properties and offers many amenities to its lessees.  You'll also be happy to know that when you write your monthly rent check, it is going to a good cause rather than just someone's bottom line.

If you are looking for commercial space and want to consider Cummings, it is important that you contact us first (bullardgh@ccbfoundation.com) so that we can put you into contact with the right people at Cummings and so that we can qualify for the referral grant award.

CCB Foundation Awarded a 2-Year Grant From the Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation

CCB Foundation, Inc was selected to receive a 2-year grant from The Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation Grant Program. This funding will help to expand the CORE Peer Recovery & Resource Center in Gloucester that serves the recovery community throughout Cape Ann.

“CCB Foundation is excited to receive this grant and plans to use it towards strengthening the staffing resources at The CORE to focus more on younger CORE members”  said Colleen Bullard, President of CCB Foundation Inc. “The CORE opened its doors in October 2022 and has been providing a wide range of programs and services to not only support those working on their recovery from Substance Use Disorder, but to also support their families and loved ones that are also often impacted by the disease. This funding will help to strengthen the foundation that we have been building at the CORE. We are inspired by the generous contributions of organization like The Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation that believe in and support our mission.”  https://corerecovery.org/
